I get to work with amazing leaders every day. The leaders I coach are motivated, creative, and passionate.

And, sometimes these same amazing and experienced leaders hit their wall.

What used to work for them isn’t working anymore. They are so busy in execution mode that there is no space to recharge or reflect.

I’ve noticed some patterns in working with overwhelmed leaders:

> They are not yet aware of their own reactive patterns because it’s just the water they swim in.

> They don’t know how to get unstuck.

> They have no idea what else is possible beyond their own reactivity to current circumstances.

This was me, too, 6 years ago. I was overworking and so run down that I got Mono. Something had to change. After fumbling around for years on my own trying to figure out what to do next, I finally asked for support.

Over the last 3 years, I’ve learned to see how I get in my own way. I can learn from my own reactivity when I am in a threatened or fearful state. Then I have a choice to make.

Do I want to stay in my reactive pattern where it’s someone else’s fault or do I want to take full responsibility and become the creator of my own reality?

Are you willing to step into your own creative power today?
