I’ve spent the last 5 weeks being inspired by the next generation of leaders. These 10 Princeton University students chose to spend their winter break in a virtual internship with me learning about conscious leadership and investing in their own self-awareness and development.
These students come from diverse backgrounds and fields of study including psychology, economics, neuroscience, computer science, public policy, and operations research.
They developed market research surveys, created videos, and recommended ways that other college students and early career professionals could learn about and practice conscious leadership principles.
They learned what it means to take their 100% responsibility in any situation, how to feel feelings through to completion, how to create clear agreements in relationships and teams, and how to practice candor, and much more.
They also learned about their Enneagram types and how Enneagram types can impact team dynamics.
I can’t wait to see how these amazing leaders will shape the world around them in the days and years to come.
